Amanda

Amanda is a Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher. She has practiced Iyengar method since 2003 and has studied at RIYMI in India. Her passion for sharing yoga ignited in 2008 after finishing a month in addiction treatment where she found her own daily yoga practice.

Chris Saudek: VISITING TEACHER

VISITING TEACHER: Chris Saudek is a Level 4 Iyengar yoga teacher and has been a student/teacher for more than 40 years.  She has studied extensively with BKS Iyengar, Geeta S. Iyengar and Prashant S. Iyengar during many visits to the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute.

Reagan

My path has been one of returning to myself and the love that expands us all and brings light to others. I began doing yoga at age 15 and have been practicing steadily since 1984. I have studied with many Iyengar yoga teachers over the years and am a Level 1 teacher certified in 2018. 

Grushenka

Grushenka is a Level 1 certified Iyengar teacher. Throughout her life she been an active person, with dance classes, then as a competitive ice skater, ice skating coach, and more recently as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Grushenka believes yoga is for everyone and is committed to sharing.

Joanne

Joanne began her Yoga studies in 1993, with CIYT Darina Archer, the founder of BIYC.  Joanne saw her health, spirit and well-being benefit from her practice, and began attending teacher training with Aadil Palkhivala in 1996. 

Denise Wendler: VISITING TEACHER

VISITING TEACHER: Denise draws faithful students who appreciate her encouraging spirit and patient instruction. Her goal is to not only coach people to greater physical strength and flexibility, but also guide them toward a focused center of self-awareness, that is where all great journeys begin. 

Wendy

Wendy has been teaching yoga since 2016 in the Hatha style.  She is a long time Iyengar student and has a fascination with the integrity of Iyengar yoga. Her teaching is influenced by her explorations into various styles of asana practice, Hatha yoga certification, and operatic vocal studies.
